Breakfast Crunch Layer
Serves: 
Makes 2

Gluten-free, egg-free, nut-free, soya-free, can be dairy-free

Ingredients: 
  • 1 eating apple, grated
  • 50g fresh or frozen blueberries
  • Generous squeeze lemon
  • 1/4tsp cinnamon
  • 200g plain dairy or dairy-free yoghurt
  • 60g Mesa Sunrise
Directions: 
  1. In a small bowl combine the grated apple with the blueberries, lemon juice and cinnamon
  2. Place ¼ of the fruit mixture in each glass
  3. Place ¼ of the yoghurt in each glass on top of the fruit mixture
  4. Cover the yoghurt in each glass with 1/4 of the mesa sunrise flakes
  5. Repeat the layers finishing with the remaining mesa sunrise flakes
  6. Serve immediately
