Frozen Raspberry Yoghurt Granola Lollies

4 Lollies
  1. Place the raspberries, basil leaves, lemon juice and honey into a bowl and mash until a sauce is produced.  This is easiest with a pestle and mortar but can be done with a fork or spoon in a bowl
  2. Mix the yoghurt into the raspberry mixture and stir to combine
  3. Place 10g granola into the bottom of each section of a lolly mould
  4. Next add 2 tsp of the yoghurt mixture onto the top of the granola and stir a little so that the granola is coated in yoghurt. Then top the mould up with yoghurt mixture
  5. Repeat with all 4 lolly moulds
  6. Transfer the lolly's into the freezer and leave to set for at least 4 hours before eating
