Very Berry Brûlée

This dessert is full of natural goodness, tastes wonderful and is much more healthy than the traditional full fat creme brulee, yet feels just as indulgent.


  • 200g mixed berries such as raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
  • 100g granola
  • 400g natural Greek Yoghurt
  • 4tbsp fairtrade demerara sugar
  1. Mix the berries and divide into 4 individual ramekins.
  2. Spoon 25g of granola over each dish.
  3. Add the yoghurt and layer 100g thickly over the fruit in each ramekin.
  4. Sprinkle a tablespoonful of demerara sugar over the yoghurt in each ramekin and refrigerate until ready to eat.
